- errorAO should read all instructions and process details before applying for KLiC Center Registration Process 2026.
- errorIf any AO contacts MKCL directly or indirectly (by email, letter, telephone, social media, etc.), MKCL will reject the application without giving any reason. Contact only your designated Training Provider.
- errorMKCL will communicate with eligible AOs to prepare the center setup. If any AO prepares setup before MKCL's communication, MKCL will not be responsible for any financial or investment loss.
- errorIf an eligible AO's center setup is not as per MKCL's norms at the time of center visit, MKCL will reject the application without any financial responsibility.
- errorAuthorization as KLiC ALC shall be given subject to completion of all prescribed procedural formalities and submission of all requisite documents.
- errorMKCL reserves the right of granting and/or rejecting authorization to any applicant(s), without assigning any reason(s) whatsoever.
Instructions for Applicant Organization (AO)
- 1 AO should read all instructions and process details before applying for KLiC Center Registration Process 2026.
- 2 MKCL has finalized the Open Area list based on: (a) Existing MKCL Center presence in that area, (b) Existing MKCL Centers' business catchment area, (c) Business potential of that area. Please note that applying from Open Area does not guarantee acceptance.
- 3 AO can apply from their desired location. MKCL verifies location based on existing center presence, catchment area, and business potential.
- 4 If AO gets MKCL recommendation for a proposed location, it does NOT mean they become MKCL's Authorized Learning Center (ALC).
- 5 MKCL reserves the right to add, edit, or delete Open Areas from time to time without giving any reason or intimation.
- 6 AO requests to add any additional Business Potential Area will NOT be entertained under any condition.
- 7 If any AO tries to contact MKCL directly or indirectly, their application will be rejected without reason. AO should contact only the designated Training Provider.
- 8 AO must complete the registration process within the schedule stipulated by MKCL. If AO does not complete the process within the schedule, their application will not be considered.
- 9 It is the responsibility of AO to visit the portal and log in to stay updated about the process and schedule. AO must also check their email and SMS regularly.
- 10 MKCL will communicate with AO only on their registered email ID and mobile number. MKCL will not make separate calls to share schedules and other details.
- 11 MKCL will communicate to eligible AOs to prepare the Center Setup. Setting up before official communication is entirely at AO's financial risk.
- 12 If eligible AO's center setup is not as per MKCL's norms at the time of center visit, MKCL will reject the application. MKCL bears no financial responsibility.
- 13 If the location provided at the time of application is different from the location at the time of center visit, MKCL will not grant authorization.
- 14 Authorization as KLiC ALC shall be given subject to completion of all prescribed formalities and submission of all requisite documents.
- 15 ALC authorization will be valid until December 2026 from the date of ALC code generation. ALC will be extended if the 2026 renewal process is completed.
- 16 MKCL reserves the right to grant or reject authorization to any applicant without assigning any reason.

KLiC Center Registration Process 2026 - Terms and Conditions for Applicant Organization (AO)
We, the Applicant Organization (AO), understand and agree that -
- I The location of the proposed center shall be fixed only at the specific location selected by us and shall not be changed at any time during and after the Center Registration Process.
- II We will visit the website regularly to stay informed about guidelines, norms, and schedules prescribed by MKCL from time to time.
- III We have gone through all instructions carefully as mentioned on the registration website and all conditions, processes, and guidelines are accepted by us.
- IV MKCL will use contact and other details for any promotional or business-related activities.

MKCL reserves the right:
- chevron_rightTo modify the terms and conditions of the Center Registration Process without any prior notice;
- chevron_rightTo discontinue or postpone the Center Registration Process with or without prior notice;
- chevron_rightOf granting and/or rejecting authorization to any applicant(s), without assigning any reason(s) whatsoever.

In case we are granted authorization:
- chevron_rightWe are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and login account given by MKCL.
- chevron_rightWe shall abide by the various Rules, Regulations, Code of Conduct, Guidelines, and Norms issued by MKCL from time to time.
- VII All disputes or differences shall be referred to the courts in Pune, which shall have jurisdiction.

Center Setup Guidelines
MKCL will communicate to shortlisted Eligible AO to prepare a Center Setup. Then only shortlisted Eligible Applicant Organization (AO) has to prepare the Center Setup with the following guidelines.
Center Layout
Minimum Area Size: 100 sq. feet
To maintain the educational environment, a dedicated space of minimum 100 sq. ft. should be available for educational courses and related services. This dedicated space should not be used for any other purpose such as sales, storage, or any other business.

Minimum IT infrastructure requirements for KLiC Authorized Learning Centers

LAN 10/100/1000 Mbps Network Switch or WiFi Access Point - 300 Mbps, 802.11n. Electrical and LAN wiring should run perpendicular to each other. If parallel, maintain a distance of 2 feet to avoid interference.

MKCL will provide the following licenses to KLiC ALCs:

For additional licenses, ALC has to arrange independently. These Microsoft Licenses provided by MKCL are for MKCL courses only.
Registration Fee
KLiC NCR 2026 — Fee Structure. Fee to be paid via EPI or NEFT mode to MKCL.
Registration is based on completion of the prescribed process. Refunds are handled only as per MKCL policy and are not guaranteed after authorization.

Refund Policy
- AO must apply for withdrawal through their SOLAR login.
- Refundable amount will be credited after deduction of processing fee and any other requisites.
- The bank account details provided at the time of SOLAR registration will be used for the refund transfer.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 to 4 months from the date of withdrawal or rejection, applicable before ALC code generation.
- Refunds are made through online bank transfer only. No cheque, DD, or alternate bank accounts are allowed.
- MKCL is not responsible for wrong account details or bank-side rejections.
- No refund once the ALC code is generated.

MFO is the amount ALC pays MKCL when confirming an admission. ALC pays only the MFO amount to MKCL and keeps the remaining course fee as their share. There is no per-course subscription fee for KLiC & Mastering Courses.

An ALC is an Authorized Learning Center of MKCL which has a configuration as per MKCL's norms and is authorized to conduct MKCL's KLiC courses.
A Local Lead Center is appointed and authorized by MKCL to discharge certain responsibilities and carry out certain activities on its behalf in the assigned geographical jurisdiction.
A Regional Lead Center is appointed and authorized by MKCL for overseeing and coordinating the functioning of LLCs within its assigned regional jurisdiction.

No. Once you receive TP approval, you cannot change the TP during the calendar year.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 4 months from the date of withdrawal or rejection (applicable before ALC code generation). Refunds are processed via online bank transfer only - no cheque or DD. No refund is applicable once the ALC code is generated.
No. There is no payment required apart from the Registration Fee (₹5,000 / ₹2,500). Security Deposit is ₹0 for all applicants.
Center Setup
No, center setup is not required at the time of online application. MKCL will communicate to short-listed Eligible AOs to create a Center Setup. Only then does the Eligible AO need to create the Center Setup.
No. Xtenda Setup / Thin Client Setup is strictly NOT allowed for KLiC ALC.
Minimum lab setup: 1 Server + 4 Client computers. The server (Intel i5 6th Gen, 8GB RAM, 1TB SSD) supports up to multiple clients. Each client must have Intel i5 6th Gen, 4GB RAM, 256GB SSD, webcam, and headphones with mic.
Approval & Rejection
- Filling untrue/wrong information in the application
- TP does not approve your application based on MKCL norms
- Fees not paid within stipulated dates
- LLC rejects the application based on location
- Center setup not as per MKCL norms at the time of visit
- Location at time of application differs from location at center visit
- Documents not submitted within stipulated dates
- MKCL shall be the final authority for Approval/Rejection and MKCL's decision shall be final
ALC will be able to enroll admissions from the date of ALC code generation. Authorization is valid until December 2026, subject to completion of all formalities.
MKCL will rank AOs based on the overall evaluation score. The AO with the highest score will be considered for further process. If scores are equal, MKCL will apply additional tie-breaking criteria as per their process guidelines.
